Taxes & Duties
The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, etc. associated with orders shipped outside of the continental USA which will be billed to them by the local Customs office or the carrier. Homier strongly suggests that the purchaser check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. We cannot declare anything as gift or for a lesser value. No exceptions!
Abandoned Orders
If an item is returned because of failure to pay duty tax or customs fee, the purchaser will not receive a refund for the item or the shipping. Homier will not issue a refund for International packages which are refused or abandoned during customs process.
Warranty and Refunds for International Orders
- All sales are final.
- We have a NO RETURN POLICY ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS due to the high cost of shipping unless product is defective.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping.
- Shipping Cost is not refundable for any international shipment under any condition.
- A Refund Check will be sent out for defective merchandise.
Defective Merchandise needs to be communicated to BUYTOONLINE.COM Customer Service (Email:sales@buytoinline.com) within seven days of delivery date. Defective merchandise will be dismantled by the purchaser and parts will be shipped back to BUYTOONLINE.COM at the cost of the purchaser. Some items may require the whole item to be returned.
